Milestones
Each milestone pays in full when you reach it. A hire pays ₹1,000 in a priority role and ₹500 otherwise, on top.

Someone new to Mintly who signs up through your invite or link, confirms their email, uploads a CV, completes their profile and chooses a job category and a city. Candidates must be in India and work in an industry Mintly serves.
Invite them by email from your dashboard: their name, email and mobile, and their CV if you have it. We check the CV fits jewellery, luxury retail or D2C before the invite goes out. They then create their profile and apply to jobs themselves. Only people who are not on Mintly yet can be invited.

When you reach a milestone or a candidate of yours is hired, the reward is checked by our team and then paid by UPI to the ID you save on your dashboard.
No. Sign-ups that share your email, phone or UPI ID are not counted, and every reward is reviewed before it is paid.
